Hey y'all, I am new to this website. I found it a few months ago but didn't have the mind set at the time to accomplish my goals. Now, I am stronger and have a few awesome friends who are embarking on the same journey!! So with them, my husband, and this site...I am looking forward to find out how my story unfolds... =)

I started a food journal on 1-3-11, and that seems to help alot. Watching calories and drinking water...occasionally I will have a glass of sweet tea. I mean come on now, this is the south. =) giving up soda and sweet tea have been the hardest struggle I have been through so far on this lifestyle change.
Personal Information:
My name is Brittany, I am 22 yrs young...I have recently put on weight since I started my job where I am at and settled down and got married. My husband and I are both watching what we eat. So I will keep everyone posted on the outcome and daily progress. Good luck to everyone out there!! Wish you all the absolute best!!!

I only plan on weighing in on my month marks...so here is where I will track my progress.
