 1. Record everything I eat. Get the nutrients I need.

2. Exercise at least 3 times a week.


Personal Information:
I have a sweet husband. We have 4 great kids and 1 amazing little grandson.

I love flowers (looking at them, growing them, smellling them), good books of all kinds, being with my family, being in Hawaii, camping, creating and being a happy person.
