Hello .. I don't like to diet or exercise but I love that this site keeps me accountable and tracks my stuff! And the sparksfriends are encouraging and first rate.

I don't care how much I weigh but I just want to feel good - ALL the time. With three kids, a hubby and a full-time management job, I haven't had the time to take care of me!

My biggest issue is not moving .. but I'm determined to get there!

Updated October 2015 - the path is long and somewhat winding but the end goal remains in sight!

Updated February 2016 - according to my dietitian, I need to get under 200 pounds and stay there - not so far to go to get there but harder to stay there I suspect

Update April 2018 - wow .. the path is so long with ups and downs and winding ways .. still determined to get there ..

My Goals:
My goal is to feel good and get moving and watch what I eat. If weight comes off in the process... YAY me.


My Program:
Currently trying to discipline myself to track the foods I eat to promote awareness and for shock value.
Finding my way with tracking and moving and not obsessing about it if at all possible.



Personal Information:
I'm in Canada in Ontario. I had been the same weight for almost 10 years .. so stable but heavier than I want to be. I have a husband and 3 kids and work full-time. Hence no time to take care of me and no consistent structure to fit in the exercise! I CAN and WILL do this!
Working with health issues such as type 2 diabetes, stress and high blood pressure and worrying about feeling good in the future.
Working off the pounds and working on eating better.


Other Information:
My Goals for 2018..

1. Get to under 200 pounds
2. Stay at my goal weight
3. Feel sexy
4. Feel better
5. Get better sleep
6. Reduce meds.
7. Enjoy biking more
8. Enjoy myself more
