    Thank for your comment on my blog. That’s the same kind of sodium level as meals in Japanese restaurants! Here the portions are small but there can be lots of courses.
    I’m debating with myself whether I should be content with staying at the top of the healthy range without using much discipline, or tighten up and get back down to the middle of the healthy range.

    Thanks so much for your comment on my blog! It doesn't feel like I've been doing well, since I haven't really made any progress, so that was so nice to hear! I think trying to keep simple goals (limit alcohol, eat vegetables) has helped. I am trying to get back to tracking, but I didn't do much of that for a long time. And just trying to get a run or weights session 3 times per week. It's so easy to feel like you constantly have to do more, but I think those things at least let me maintain during the craziness.
