Introduction Text I'm a single mom of 13 year old twin boys. I've tried half heartedly to loose weight in the past but if exersice was a requirement forget it. Well, after working a sit down job for 8 hours a day from home, I've gained more weight then ever now. Topping the scales at 298 and watching the biggest looser I'm more motivated then ever. I've needed to do this for a long time but always "weighted" until tomorrow. Well there is no tomorrow. It's today and it's NOW!

To ride on a rollercoaster with my kids. I'd also like make the whole family heathlier by what we put in our bodies.

I'm setting goals for myself on a daily basis. First goal is to NOT get on the scale until Saturday. I'm logging into this sight for motivation, understanding and new health tips. It's also a great help to see exactly everything I'm eating.
