Hi! I'm Tiffany. I've been a member for six years now ... I finally got halfway to my goal. There have been some set backs: Mom passing away from cancer, new job, new church ... just a totally new rhythm of life. Last October, I tried working out with a personal trainer and have seen great results. It's really nice to be accountable to someone.

Update 2/18: Adam my personal trainer left the gym. He was really good and I don't know if I'll find another trainer with both the friendship & PT combo. Ugh, I hate working out alone

Update 3/20: Trying out a new PT @ Smart Bodies.

Update 4/17: I loved Smart Bodies, but I have to have a PT with me at all times :/ Which means I have to pay Future Fitness and Smart Bodies. Back to Future Fitness I go. Trying out a new PT ... Andrew

My passion in life is Music for God. I just find my heart breathes through music, songs. There is nothing more I'd rather do than discover, sing and play music that draws me and others to God. It awakes my heart, mind and soul to yearn after the beautiful love of my Savior who dared to give it all away for me! I love playing music whether it be alone or with a group. I currently play the bass , the guitar and the digital horn. I also play hand bells, love singing, especially harmony

    I really like the Bodymedia sync. I can send my SparkPeople food tracker calorie info to Bodymedia. I hated logging my food twice, once on Spark and then on Bodymedia. No problem with cardio syncing to SparkPeople.
