Hi All
It has been a while, (also my opening line from the last time I wrote) :o) LOL
Monday thru Friday my morning hours are devoted to the gym. It is a small gym, but has all the basic equipment that I need. Besides the good workout, I get a lot of reading done when I’m on the stationary bicycle. I hate it when I have a good book and breeze through it so fast. Then I’m searching for another book to read.
When I’m not at the gym, family and friends can usually find me at my Church. There is always something to do there.
My days are full and that is good. (Keeps me out of trouble) LOL
Thanks to my efforts at the gym and being more conscience of what I eat, I’ve lost some weight and I have definitely tightened up some areas on my body . What a great feeling when I find my pants getting too baggy and that they sometimes slide down. Guess it’s time to go shopping for a smaller size. Yahoo! Since I’m donating my larger clothing I don’t want yo-yo back to that size. (I know we have all experienced that)
Anyway, we have all been on this journey and I wish you all the best as you continue on yours to less weight and better health. Never get discouraged…hang in there, tomorrow is another day to make it happen.
