I have been a member for almost 3 years. I haven't used the site like I could.

I will turn 40 next year and I don't want to still be over 200 lbs.

I am ready to make some changes and need some support. Maybe even a little butt kicking along the way.

My Goals:
I would like to lose 45 lbs by the time I turn 40 in Oct 2011.

My Program:
 I am looking into WW. I am trying to add exercise to most days of the week and cut calories.


Personal Information:
I lost 10 lbs last year but haven't lost any in 2010.
