I am so glad you added me as a friend. It is nice to know someone that is on the same page as I am with learning to overcome negativity

This Thursday I'm Thinking Thankful Thoughts for you for reading and commenting on my "Dream Answer" blog. Our approach to losing weight must be both physical and spiritual. Negativity, no matter how little causes stress which in turn is like feeding the body poison. Dr. Carolyn Leaf says, "75% to 95% of the illnesses that plague us today are a direct result of our thought life. What we think about affects us physically and emotionally. It's an epidemic of toxic emotions." Even if one is not into religion her research bears out the facts. that "as a man thinketh in his heart so is he." Praying you have a thankful Thursday, thinking thin.
