Ya. Oh my gosh was I nervous about putting it in my blog. In my library is one thing. But in my blog is another. And I still don't feel like I look "Good". Its going to be ok. I am trying to be patient waiting to get on with P3 too! The gain could be just sodium too. I am sure your mom threw in some salt. Salt does have sugar if you don't use the sea salt. It will come off tomorrow, its probably water. Do you have your first meal planned yet? I am so sorry to hear that you are struggling. Are you finding that you are hungry? If you are hungry, you need your dosage increased because you should not feel hungry. Is there anything that I can help you with? It took me some time to figure out which foods that worked best for me and weight loss. By checking to see which foods you were sensitive too (stalls or gains) you can avoid them for a period of time and then bring them back in slowly. Shrimp tomatoes, and ground beef can stall some people. I noticed when I drink green tea I will do much better. You can also avoid eating your breadsticks or fruits but its very important that you eat your protein and veggie. Let me know what I can do to help you. Hang in there!
