Time is short. Celebrate You & Your Loved Ones Always!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Promise yourself to be so strong

That nothing can disturb your peace of mind,

To talk health, happiness and prosperity

To every person you meet,

To make all your friends feel that there is something in them.

To look at the sunny side of everything

And make your optimism come true.

To think only of the best,

To work only for the best, and

To expect only the best.

To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others

As you are about your own.

To forget the mistakes of the past

And press on to the greater achievements of the future.

To wear a cheerful countenance at all times

And give every living creature you meet a smile.

To give so much time to the improvement of yourself

That you have no time to criticize others.

To be too large for worry,

Too noble for anger, too strong for fear

And too happy to permit the presence of trouble.

... Christian D. Larson... Optimist International Optimist Creed

Personal Information:
She is empowered, so she is knowledgeable. She is divine, so she is pure. She has passion, so she is compassionate. She nurtures and cares; she loves and shares. She is sensitive yet strong, she is proud but not vain. She belongs to 21st century but carries the legacy of a by gone era. She teaches and heals, she becomes whole when she is committed to her man. She preaches and reaches out, tender to the core, always likes to give more and more. Thy name is woman!"

Thanks for reading and commenting on my blog. I'm not a fan of restricting whole groups of foods either. There are so many "diet plans" or ways of eating, paleo, keto, low fat, low carb etc..and the bottom line is they ALL work if you are in a calorie deficit. Hey, everyone has to find a way of eating that makes sense for them and is healthy and sustainable. There are a couple of things I read on here over and over that are just so inaccurate that I have to vent a little. The whole "starvation mode" thing and also people who think they can gain 2 lbs of muscle after a little bit of working out and that's why they didn't lose anything... Anyway, it was just a little mini vent after reading one too many post about so called starvation mode. Have an emoticon week emoticon
