I used to weigh 213 lbs at my peak of obesity and now I weigh 135 lbs. I have met my weight goals consistently for a couple of years now. My new goal is to reach 120 lbs. before I turn 30!!! I will be 29 years old this November! I refuse to remain in an "overweight state" and I refuse to be in an "overweight state" for another freaking decade. I am trying to lose weight slowly (e.g., half a pound to 2 pounds a week) so that I can be able to maintain it and not gain it all back too quickly.

I have adopted healthier eating and movement patterns. I hope to visit the gym more often and spend more time working out with my mom and whoever wants to.

I am re-motivated to continue the weight-loss journey to a healthier version of myself.

My goal is to learn to control my eating portions, make consistent healthy choices, and to have fun as I exercise…

I want to reduce my total body fat by at least 5%… it is dangerously high right now!

My Goals:
*To not be considered "obese" on the weight scale (MET, I am "overweight" now) so my new goal is to not be considered "Overweight" on the scale!

*To know and watch the portions of my food more regularly.

*To be able to do 250 push-ups non-stop.

*To drink 8 glasses of water a day with a multivitamin

*To be able to bench press 400lbs.

*To be able to run 5 miles without walking.

*To be able to run a mile in under 8 minutes.

My Program:
*I am eating 1300-1500 a day.

*Aerobic: Bike and walk for 30-45 minutes 3-5x a week

*Strength: 6 lbs. weights 2-3x a week for 20 minutes

Personal Information:
I have a mom and a dad, and they are the most important beings in my life. I want to learn a lot about fitness and fat loss to help my family lose weight safely, and effectively.

Thus far, my goal is to have mini-weight goals to keep myself motivated. My healthy target weight is 130lbs. My ideal target weight is 120 lbs.

Other Information:
I love reading about (people, philosophy, metaphysics, psychology and communication). I like emo/ska/pop/latin rock, hip hop, nu-classic, regional Mexican, oldies and jazz music.
