HAH! Thanks for the comment. Did I mention that I'm on my period this week and have been over-eating like no other? It's like a week-long binge eating session lol. Well not that bad but, heh, pretty close. Anyway, after I get those settings adjusted, I'm going to plan those meals ahead of time. I have some 'fall back' foods like rice cakes, celery, and oat bread with nutella for example (the last is high in carbs with zero fat which is exactly what I usually lack) that have little actual substance but that I can eat all I want of. So, like, rice cakes are mostly air, but they're really yummy if you get the right kind, so sometimes I just eat a whole pack! Lol. I guess it depends your tactic when dealing with menstruation or other things that make someone 'fall off the wagon.' ;) 3836 days ago
