Faith and Hope- I will keep the faith & hope to stay on track


I am on this journey to change my life and feel better about myself. I have kind of hit a road block. I am still persevering though and will get through it around it or over it. Just takes a little time. I am going to do the best that I can and not be too hard on myself. I AM GOING TO DO THIS...FOR ME!!!

God is faithful to me. I am faithful to Him the best I can be.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 30 pounds, by eating right, exercising, and drinking 8-10 glasses of water.

Goals for 2013:
1. Take better care of myself. Take more time for myself.
2. Eat better - more fruits and vegetables.
3. Drink MORE water 8-10 glasses.
4. Exercise at least 4-5 times a week or more.
5. REMEMBER THAT I AM WORTH THE TIME AND EFFORT TO TAKE CARE OF ME!!!

My Program:
 I am logging my nutrition on Spark. I am trying to drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. I am eating more fruits and vegetables. Exercise at least 5 days a week, 30-60 minutes a day.


Personal Information:
My name is Celia. I live in Indiana.

Other Information:
 I love to cook and collect cookbooks. I enjoy reading and walking (outside when it is warm).
