I went on a spark diet last year and lost 35 pounds but I gained it back. :( I didn't have accountability last year but this time I am!! I vow to stay healthy in mind, body and soul. I have many interests but need to concentrate on a few. I love keeping my brain, hands, and body active. I tend to over burden myself then I get burnt out and quit it all for a much needed break. This time take things slow one moment, one day at a time. I need to learn patience.

My Goals:
Run a marathon before 40.
Exercise regularly and weight lift.
Maintain weight loss.
Looking good for 20th high school reunion.

My Program:
I am lifting weights, 3 days a week. I am either running, doing pilates or walking, 5 days a week.

Personal Information:
I grew up in California on the Central Coast and moved to Colorado. I love to run, lift weights, knit, read and listen to music. When I have time I like to do yoga and pilates. I have three great boys and one fantastic husband. Also, I enjoy watching my boys participate in their activities. My oldest is a black belt, Middle boy a red-black belt, and the youngest is playing soccer.

Other Information:
Favorite Book- "Snow Flower and Secret Fan" and "The true story of Hansel and Gretel". Favorite Authors: Adriana Trigiani, Janet Evanovich, Sophie Kinsella, Jennifer Weiner, Nicholas Sparks, Barbara Delinsky, Joanne Fluke, JK Rowlings. Dreamgirls Favorite movie of the year. I love 80's new wave. Fav tv shows- Desperate Housewives, Greys Anatomy, Brothers and Sisters, Amazing Race, and Americas Next Top Model.

    You are doing great AND you are going to run a marathon! FANTASTIC! Thanks for stopping by, the comments motivate me because sometimes I get down on myself for not losing faster, I know, muscle weighs more than fat, but that scale is so telltailing and offers immediate gratification.
