As a wife, mother of 4 , and grandma of 10, I declare I WILL get rid of my sedentary ways and be able to hike the Napali Trail without feeling like I'm gonna die. My top priority is eliminating the inflammation that's making my legs all puffy.

My Program:
I need to get used to doing more fun & active things for ME. Bike, canoe, gardening. While still continuing to volunteer and give to others. How great it is to have grown children and friends to invite along.
2014- Able to go on 3 cruises. Spent 6 wks in ID with family, 2 weeks in NY with family, having family stay with US for 6 weeks. WOW!
Sept.- Back to ID for a week's visit.

1-17-2013
Last year went by SO fast. Remodeled our bathroom after finding a leak in the shower liner and then termite damage in the walls. It looks great now, but it was a long process. Friends invited me to go with them to Puerto Rico for their high school reunion. That was a BLAST. Learned to make hypertufa planters. Discovered how well accupuncture can help with medical problems - I'm a believer. Visited family in ID. Attended my first ever political rally. Fell and hurt my wrist. But still managed to win 1st place in an apple pie baking contest.

2011 Traveled



Personal Information:
Married 41 years, & happily at that. 3 daughters, 1 son, ...
4 1/2 grandsons,
5 granddaughters .
Marine Bio major from FIT, love to SCUBA dive, explore/travel, take nature photos, geocaching and the list goes on & on.


Other Information:
Love more, Laugh often, Always forgive. Breathe deeply.

    How long have you been on the fast track? Is it more difficult than the 15/6? I think I am sticking to the 15/6 for a while. I lost 2 pounds the first 2 days. I know that is probably water loss, but glad to see it. What is the 1/2 plate of vegs, 1/4 carbs, 1/4 meat about?
