Introduction Text Well, I'm back...again! It's time to get serious. I really don't want to spend the rest of my life in this condition and the longer I wait the harder the journey back will be. I've recently gotten to know a friend from church that is a fitness trainer, so Sandra is going to hold me accountable! Carefully watching my diet and monitoring what I eat; calories are limited to between 1200-1400 daily with fats no more than 40. I've started a fitness program at KPT Fitness and Karate; my good friend Sandra is my trainer and have friends going through the program with me. Close friends holding each other accountable. I've made amazing strides in the last few months; have trimmed 30 pounds off, workouts are at least four times a week and frequent mountain hikes.
