    Hello everyone,

    Thank you all for your comments and checking up on me. I hate to admit it, but I gave up for a little while. The good news is I am back. I am taking a different approach to try avoiding burn out. One day at a time, instead of unrealistic expectations etc. Today I ate right, I exercised for 45 minutes and I feel great. Just for today!
