I am back guys. I stayed away too long and have fallen a little but i will get back to were i need to be. I have been in school and my eating habits have not been the best. I am loooking for that new me again and hope to find me here on SP

My Goals:
To lose the weight and keep it off for good.



My Program:
 I drink 8 Glasses of water a day

Track my meals

Do strenght trainging

Do cardio for 30 minutes day.

My name is Alison and I am 22 years old..I have always been a big girl. I have tried things in the past but once i joined I knew that I was own my way to success. I am starting to love me for me for the first time and I love it. With hope, faith and strength I can win this battle that I have been living.
