Thank-you for my Sparkgoodie! The last few weeks haven't been the healthiest for me, at least as far as eating goes. Too much stress all at once tends to do that to me. But thankfully I have been able to keep up with exercise and I'm actually starting to surprise myself with what I've been able to do.
Wishing you a wonderful rest of the week! 2502 days ago
What I liked about "The Book Thief", the writing, the story, the characters, the plot, in short everything! It's just a really well written, interesting book.
One thing I forgot to mention, it's narrated by Death. However, it's not ghoulish or morbid. He/she (I always think of Death as a male) is actually quite empathetic towards humans. It's hard to explain the premise until you read it.
I hope you enjoy it. It really is an excellent book.
I read your post in the Spark Bookworms you are reading "The Book Thief." I think your son will be fine. It has some disturbing images, but they aren't graphic. And the book was originally written for young readers. I read it during Christmas break and really enjoyed it. Please feel free to let me know your thoughts.

Thanks for the comment on my blog! In an ideal world, I just wouldn't buy any GS cookies! I feel bad turning my students down, though, and always order from them ... and I never just have one girl scout in my class! I love your Ziploc idea! 2537 days ago

That kettle bell workout DECIMATED me. Half way through the Super Bowl (I'm a bartender) my legs started to feel pretty burn-y, but yesterday.
!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was ON FIRE.
Today, gonna go back to my Tracy Anderson Metamorphosis, and maybe some Jillian. It's definitely too cold to play outside today.
Which Jillian are you doing? I love them all. Keep up the great energy, your enthusiasm is contagious! 2537 days ago
