My issue is the working out. I have been trying to work cardio in everyday one way or another but I usually end up putting it off until the next day.
How often do you access the site and log your calories? Are there particular foods you just can't live without? I found the fun size candy bars help me with chocolate cravings and they are not that many calories. I have also found that if I log what I am eating for breakfast and lunch at the same time that gives me a better idea of how many calories I left for the day and that really motivates me when I reach for the 3 chocolate chip cookies instead of the one. 4562 days ago
