--Quarterly Goals--
First Quarter:
1. Form better habits.
2. Focus on daily exercise/no procrastination.
3. Follow a healthier food diet.
4. Drink more water.
5. Stop Smoking.

Second Quarter:
1. Run more.
2. Meditate more.
3. "Summer Fitness" with friends.
4. Think positive thoughts.
5. Lots of play time with Connor.

Third Quarter:
1. Plan ahead more.
2. Be outside more - even in winter!
3. Lose 30 lbs by my birthday.
4. Kick it into a higher gear.
5. Don't forget your WHY!

Fourth Quarter:
1. Be strong (mentally and physically).
2. Try new things.
3. Be more optimistic.
4. Stay active with Connor.
5. Love myself more.

::::Over All Goals::::

1. Lose the 77 lbs of fat, and gain lean muscle.
2. Inspire someone.
3. Live healthier because of good habits.
4. Commit and Conquer for the rest of my life.
5. Love life and my tribe to the the fullest.

My goal at first wasn't really to lose a TON of weight, but rather to just feel good in my own skin. With that said, its hard to do when my body is my worst enemy. With all my health issues and now having a baby on the way its not gonna be easy, but I have even more reason to get healthy now! I wanna be healthy and set a good example for my son Connor.
I plan to do small cardio for now until he's born, then once healed up from delivery I will start out doing T.A.'s Metamorphosis and B.B.'s Les Mills Combat. I'd like to get strong enough to be able to push him in his stroller while I run at the park as he grows up. (Specially since I use to love doing 5k's at one time, that's no easy task lol).
Those are my ultimate fitness goals, and I don't know if I can achieve them, but I have my whole life ahead of me to try. And that's enough inspiration for me. If you'd like to someone to talk to, to keep motivated or for advice, I'm here for ya. Just drop me a line. God bless.

My Goals:
I have many goals, but my biggest is to look as strong as I feel on the inside. Being a person who suffers from Fibromyalgia I think that my body should really portray how I really feel, and that's STRONG! I'm a fighter! I don't let the daily pain get to me, I don't let people walk over me, I've dealt with a lot and its only made me an even tougher chick and I'm damn proud of it!!

My name is Melinda, born and raised in Alabama. I'm 30 years old, married to a wonderful guy and expecting my first child any day now lol. We've had quite the struggle this year (moving around, losing our first baby, and losing an income), but I have high hopes for 2018. Can't get any better than starting it off with bringing a new life into the world!

Other Information:
I have a lot of hobbies lol. Some of them include: Shooting guns at the range, photography, crocheting, hiking, camping, jogging, lifting weights, swimming and of course I gotta have my music and movies lol.
