Well, my motivation just came one day, I don't know how to describe it. I have had other times when I WAS going to lose weight and be more active, after my dad died, starting new career, etc. But, suddenly recently I had this urge to MOVE, to no longer feel trapped on my body.

I've never been "thin", I've always had weight issues. In highschool I got down to 156lbs, and was wearing sometimes a 9, but mostly 11's. I looked good! I was a dancer, w/out a dancers body, but I was good (if I do say so myself).

In college it came back on. Never having regular periods and with weight coming back on at a steady pace even though I was still active, I knew something more than the freshman 15 was happening to my body. My story is probably like many, I was finally diagosed with PCOS.

At the same time I felt relief that I was't the main cause of my downward spiral, I was SO upset that I DID have a reason!!!!

I grew up in a home with fitness was pretty important, I had a full gym right outside of my bedroom. Working out was the one time I could escape from my jerk ex-stepfather, so I did it regularlly, along with dancing.

So, now I'm at this weight, where I've been for years. And, I'm done.

However, I know how I can lose motivation if weight loss if my ONLY and main goal, so I'm tackling this different. This time I'm focused on being healthy and active. Working out and eating well. I'm starting with the working out as my main goal, and will add in healthy eating life styles as my habits form.

My Goals:
I'm telling myself right now that it's to live healthier and move more. But, the real goal I don't admit for fear of failure? To be one hot sexy chick again!

My Program:
Monday: 60 minutes with personal trainer, cuircut training
Tuesday: 45 minutes cardio, 15 minutes of stretching
Wednesday: Off day
Thursdays: 60 minutes with personal trainer, cuircut training
Friday: Rest day
Saturday: 45 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes stretching
Sunday: Off day

Would love to get to a point where I can workout 6 days a week, doing cardio before work on those days. That would be a MAJOR goal met if I ever got there, as I am NOT a morning person.

I'm from Chicago, live downtown in the city. My boyfriend and I have 1 Pomeranian puppy named Xena, and 2 Manx cats, Kevin & Lily.
