My Goals:
Get motivated again 2014.
To Feel energetic and happy again.

To like myself and be a positive person.

To be within a healthy weigh range, that iam happy with.

To be the best Mum for my children..


My Program:
Make sure i enjoy life to the fullest each and every day do something for 'me'
Allow my thoughts to come and go but not hold onto them any longer and waste time on thinking too much.

Enjoy the fresh air each and every day,
I enjoy water so i intend on drinking more!
I have a treadmill iam going to use often! enjoy my Wii games going to use them more!!
iam 36 (12/2013) and iam still young, iam going to use this youth and give it my all...
Loving dancing with my favorite music up loud my Wii games, Just dance 1 and 2 and boxing!
drinking water as much as possibly can enjoying my foods but knowing when iam full, and it does happen evenually!

its 2014 NOW and im back again... never giving up hope i will get there... my children are turning 18 in dec 13 in dec and my youngest just turned 2 years old .. at his party i felt so much older than i am and need to knuckle down take LIFE seriously! for my health and for my childrens xo

i work in the childcare field allowing young children to use there imagination and experiences with me to grow as a way of learning :)
I have a wonderful mum and dad and a sister that is 14 months younger then me...

my favorite quote or saying i made up a few years ago when i started looking at people and realising how much it made me happy and smile.
IS to see someone smile or and smile back at you. A smile is free it can be given and taken. You smile at someone you may just have made their day. smile you never know whos looking :)
