    Hi there! I think it's okay to have some chocolate. I have read where dark chocolate has health benefits! Be conservative though,eat in moderation. I have stopped eating chocolate myself,just because I don't ever want to go into A-Fib,where my heart was beating eractically.My Doctor said I could eat a small amount if I really wanted some!You should clear it with a doctor or?Best Wishes!     Running is so much fun and i'm glad to hear that you are giving it a try! It also makes workouts go faster because you burn calories at a faster rate (always a plus in my opinion). :)

    Have fun walking/ running and keep with it even when it gets hard. :) You are doing such a great job and congrats on the 30 lbs weight loss! You are amazing! emoticon
