Sooo I tried to put a pretty picture from Iceland as my background and the SP uploader oriented it as a landscape not a portrait and I can't seem to fix it. So for now the sky is to your right, the ground is to your left and the table mountain meant to be the subject of the picture is hidden behind my sparkpage. Enjoy!
My ultimate goal as a sparker is to reach a healthy weight. I don't know what exactly that will be, but I hope to finally get there.

Fitness Minutes: 5,265

My Goals:
-get in better shape
-exercise regularly
-control portion sizes
-feel good about my body (this includes when I'm naked and wearing a swimsuit, lol)

My Program:
Cardio: 3-5 times/week. 30-60 minutes

Strength: 3 times/week, ~30 minutes

Stretch before and after all sessions

Pay attention to what/how much I eat.

Personal Information:
In a few months I will be moving half-way across the country to start graduate school. I'm really excited about living in a new place and meeting tons of new people who might even be as nerdy as me ;P

I LOVE to travel and take every opportunity I can get. So far my big adventures have been to Ireland, Iceland, and the Bahamas (I stayed at a research station on a remote island. Nothing like resort Bahamas, and definitely an adventure!)

Sometimes I wish I had enough money to travel wherever/whenever I wanted. Then I realize that I probably wouldn't appreciate it nearly as much if I could do it all the time. Besides, you always seem to have more interesting stories to tell from low budget trips with little or no planning :D I have some great ones from Ireland, lol.
