I am a 50+ married for 32 years lady, who wishes to live a long and healthy life. When retirements comes my wish is to be able to travel and have a great physical body to withstand all the activities I will be doing.

My Goals:
I would like to be able to control my at habits and be about 25 lbs lighter. Learning to eat in a healthier way will start me off on my Journey to a fitter me.

My Program:
Exercising on a schedule will be top on my program. Following a meal plan will be second. Not that either is above one, but planed exercise is my down fall.

I enjoy All sorts of things; Crafting , Cooking, Gardening, Swimming, traveling, Sewing, Quilting and Blogging. I have seven Active blogs. One is a As I see life going on , a Fitness blog, another has to do with gardening and my yard . I have a cookbook blog where I post healthier recipes of old and new. Right now the theme is Mars. I love that planet! Then there is a book review blog. My love of reading inspired that one. The other ones are with social groups and another one on fitness. That about does it for now. I try to keep busy. for I am a SAHM with a teenager and hubby to raise,LOL.
