    Thank you for your nice comment on my SP page. I do try hard to walk every day, twice a day. I do a lot of outdoor and indoor (walk away the pounds) walking, and some strength training. But my nutrition is very bad, I struggle with normal portions,late night evening and bad choices. I want to be focused but I don't know why I eat so much.. emoticon I hope it'll go away.     Thank you so much for stopping by my sparkpage and checking up on me. My gallbladder removal went well. The surgery was laparoscopic, it was quickly over and I was released today, two days later. Now I have to recuperate and my body needs to adjust.
