    Hey Katie! Congratulations on the birth of your first baby. Such a blessing and good for you for losing 35 lbs in 6 weeks. I put on a lot of unnecessary weight during my pregnancy and it took me 4 1/2 months to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I was not breastfeeding though so I was able to be more a little more restricted in my calories so I would definitely suggest not compromising your breast milk. Good for you that you are nursing!! Very good =) Do not get disappointed Katie that once you get to 110 lbs that you will feel like you "fit" into your pre-pregnancy clothes. Well at least I didn't. My pelvic must have expanded because I remember my pants not fitting the way they use to be. For me to get the weight off was all about walking. By the time I was 0 days post-pregnancy I was walking on my Treadmill. A very slow-like turtle walk and I did it for 15 minutes 2 times a day and slowly increased my speed and time. At 7 weeks I added weight with the OK from my family dr. It was a slow process.... The skin will tighten up. Be sure to keep yourself hydrated at all times and that will help and it will be essential for nursing as well.     Keep up the good work. But you should look. If you are being honest in what you are putting in for the day, I really believe this works. I get weighed every
    Sunday morning. I will be honest some weeks I know I have been good and wrote everything that went into my mouth. A couple weeks I lost only 1 or 2 lbs. But stick with it and stay true. It balances out. The next week I would lose 4-6 lbs. Remember muscles weigh more, plus they retain water. When I first heard that I thought, Sure. But I think that's why some weeks are less than the others. If you get down call or send me an e-mail. I'm here if you have any questions. If you and Athena want to come over one day I can help show you around the site. Although I don't think I have explored everything yet either.
