    I am from Canada. I enjoyed your page, nicely done and very good to get right into blogging!
    Even though I have some of the same brand names as the US, I have found the nutrition values can be very different! So I have had to enter my own. Cumbersome, but once you put them in you favorites, a quick reference after that. I prefer all fresh foods and don't use processed, so at least fruits and veggies are the same!
    Sounds like you need a good exercise program to tone you up more so than a weight loss program. The standard starting point is three days of strength training alternating with three days of cardio workouts. The length of time you spend at it is up to how you feel. lots of good articles on here how to get started and train safely. As a guy you will burn calories quicker, and as you build muscle, your metabolism will burn longer. Sparks has videos on here you can try if you are not a gym person.
