Hi, back again!

I am in it to finally get to the end of that ticker this time.

I hit 40 in March and am going to cycle from London to Paris in July (when it gets warmer!)

Please help me anyway you can, sparking works if you stick at it, so that is my plan.

My Goals:
Not decided measurable goals yet, still thinking.

But need to be able to climb hills for London to Paris in July.


My Program:
 Gym - Monday, Thursday and Saturday

Cycle to work 1 day per week

No beer 4x a week (the hardest for me!)

    So great, what a surprise to get a note from you. Still cycling and training. Heading to the Coast in two days. Have modified my goal a wee bit: 60 miles might be as much as this 60 yr old body can do in one trek - tee hee. But it's all good and I'm as well as can be expected. My trainer says I'm in the top 10% of people my age for fitness - that I feel good about bragging about. Cant't wait to hear about your sojourn. Please keep us posted - London to Paris, a true dream come true.

    4th year!! That's exciting That's what I'm teaching for the first time for the remainder of the school year. I've been back for a month already and then have 6 weeks of school left as well. Next year I'm going down to third year. I've taught that for several years and I'm actually looking forward to going back to it for a bit. I've been finding it hard doing a new grade with all of the planning involved and having a baby at home. It will be a little easier doing a grade that I"m familiar with next year :)

    I'm looking forward to summer to spend more time with Aiden and to get back on track with my weight loss. I have been having trouble finding the energy to workout at 8:30 pm after Aiden is finally in bed. But I need to get more motivated. We were hoping to start trying for another baby this summer and I really wanted to be at a healthier weight. So I definitely need to focus!

    It was so good to hear from you! I know, I can't believe Aiden is almost one! He crawled for the first time on Friday so we were super excited and said bye-bye. It's been a very excited few days in the Pennie household :)

    Morning! What a surprise to hear from you. So glad. Strava? I don't know about it. Me? - not near as good as you. I'm riding in 1.5 hour sessions, about 20 miles. How many miles are you clocking?
    Time with your girls is soooo much more important than anything else. Keep up the riding and get to me when you can.
