Introduction Text it's time i started thinking about myself for a change. No one else can make me the person i imagine being and want to be but me! so time to focus on myself for a change. lets see... i've tried every kind of diet thing you could think of. some worked, most didn't. The best thing I did was Weight Watchers. But in this day and time I can't afford it right now. So when my very best friend recommended this site to me and also metioned it was FREE I had to jump on it, lol. Seeing what it does for her and many other people on here... i definitely have hope! I live in the most beautiful place on earth (to me anyway) and I don't think I'll ever be able to leave it. The best part about hawaii is the FOOD! Right keola?? So it's even more of a challenge because believe me... I love to eat! But... knowing where I want to be in life is motivation in itself. NOT because I want to be "beautiful" or "sexy" because that is all in the eye of the beholder, and also I already know I am those things :p Where I DO want to be in life is healthy, strong, and able to live a long life with my husband and hopefully have some keiki's of our own one day. That is my motivation. Anyways... I'm looking forward to meeting new people on here for support and suggestions! Let me know what worked well for you, or not so well. What made things easier for you or not so easy... you get the idea! Wish me luck and the same from me to you!!
