NEVER LOOK BACK. If Cinderella went back to pick up her shoe, she wouldn't have became a princess.

So heres to my 92324345456575687th attempt to get healthy and lose the weight AND KEEP IT OFF! I'm sick and tired of all the excuses I keep feeding myself year after dreadful year. I say I'll do. I even start sometimes, I last mere days, other times months... who am I kidding I'll say I want to lose weight and 3 seconds later I'm downing sugary drinks and shoveling another bacon cheeseburger down my throat. It's completely ridiculous yet I continue day after day and I WONDER why I'm so FREAKING fed up with myself...

This time something has got to change!

Fitness Minutes: 1,875

My Goals:
To lose a 100# or like what i see in the mirror- whichever comes first.

Get my blood sugar and blood pressure under control.

No more SODA, diet or otherwise. Stick with water, unsweetened tea, and the occasional 100% juice.

Exercise at least 30 minutes 5 times a week and work up to more.

My Program:
Eat healthy, drink water (no soda), exercise.. Learn Zumba!!

and BELIEVE that everything happens for a REASON.
