    I can't believe this is our last day of the Battle. I just felt the need to tell you, my Green Team buddies, just how much I have enjoyed being on this team with you.

    Some of you I got to know really well. Others not so much, and I feel sad for that. Time went by so fast. I blinked and the eight weeks flew by.

    I didn't reach my goal, but I sure did have fun trying. Each and every one of you have motivated me to do more than I thought I ever could. I so thank you for that.

    Battle 7 starts in just 2 short weeks. I'm coming back and will be on the Green team again. I hope you are coming back to battle another round. If not, then I wish you the best of luck on your continued journey to get healthy.

    here is a little tip for you(Exerise, exercise, exercise! Exercise increases your metabolism and burning off excess fat. When is the best time to exercise? Our metabolism slows down about 8 hours after we wake up, so 30 minutes of exercise in the evening, before dinner will increase your metabolism for about two to three more hours just when it was starting to slow down. This produces a significant increase in fat burned off, even after the exercise is over.)
