I'm now officially a Mrs. and couldn't be happier! Now that all the wedding stress is over, its time to focus on me. I've always struggled with my weight over the years. Growing up with 2 brothers, they were constantly eating, but somehow it all went to them building muscle or they burned it off. Wasn't exactly as easy for me. Although I was very active in high school, I have struggled since college to reach my goal weight and keep the weight off that I have already lost. There are many times when there are tempting foods all around, that I must learn to say no. As a nurse there are alwas pitch-ins, and families that bring cake, cookies, candy, and many other things. I struggle to stay away from them and have fallen off the wagon a time or 2. But this time I am going to do this for real and do this for me.

I love to workout and the feeling I get from a good workout and lift at the gym. But most days its the motivation that I lack to get there and get it done. I am looking for inspiration through here to reach my fitness and health goals. I have a personal trainer that I workout with once a week, that really knows how to push and motivate me to do just one more, or lift weight that I never even thought was possible. I have all the necessary things that I need to reach my goals, its just all up to me now! I know I can do this with the support of my spark friends!

    Thanks for the add =) When did you get married? Very recently? I'm getting married in October and I'm desperately needing to get all my nutrition and fitness in check! I joined the April Challenge and I just haven't followed it =( For some reason my motivation lately has been nonexistent! Uggghh. Anyway, you're looking gorgeous and hope you're having a great week =))

    Thanks for the comment on my Spark status!! As far as the books beyond Something Borrowed and Something Blue.... I know the next one is Baby Proof but it doesn't look like it's the same characters?!?! I fell in love with all of the characters in the first 2 books!! Waaaaa!
