my goal for the rest of the year is to lose enough weight to actually go shopping at Christmas.

 Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.

eating healthier foods and getting lots more exercise.
setting my sights on jesus for help

 love to read, spend time with friends and family
some sewing, crocheting

hate exercise but know it is a neccisary thing to lose
