Short-term goals: ♦Get under 300 lbs ---- Almost there! Long-term goals: ♦I am going to learn to eat healthy, and learn to choose to eat those healthy foods in healthy portions. No more diets! ♦I am going to be a healthy weight. Not going by an unrealistic "one-size-fits-all" standard, but trim & healthy. The "standards" say I should weigh 124-154lbs, so I chose 150 lbs as my goal just to have a nice even number to shoot for. My weight goal is subject to change and really just a number to strive for, but my main focus is to simply be healthy. ♦I am going to be physically fit. No more pain doing normal everyday tasks, no more sitting on the sidelines watching other people have fun because I'm hurting and/or don't have the stamina to join! ♦I will be able to fit into any and all (adult-size, not kiddie size) seats and spaces. No more embarrassment because I can't fit!
