Welcome to SparkPeople! I was slow to really get involved, kind of browsed for a couple of months. Then last week I decided to really go for it and I'm really glad I did. Down 2 pounds and feel like this approach will be what finally works for me. Following the plan as it's laid out and not trying to rush it avoids burnout. I would strongly recommend the "Quick Fire Challenge Team." It has great little exercise goals that you don't need any equipment for. And remember - You are already beautiful! 3850 days ago
