Day 214:

Buying into intentional think and do philosophy. I am a happy person but easily distracted one.

Days are always hectic, but these are things that are going well:

New goals with SparkPeople team, Purple Pegasus, for the Summer Biggest Loser Challenge:

Stayed under calorie goals ✔️
In the right support groups - Spark Teams and TOPS ✔️
Time consistent at visualize, plan and document ✔️
Regular exercise: cardio ✔️

Started Yoga ... Working on strength and core goals.

Did not do all on intention list tho, but when have I ever. I am a over planner and live a firefighter like existence. I survived, whew!

Follow SparksPeople menu. Walk every day. Learn to strength train. Push and explore.

Personal Information:
Sparker returnee: East Cost Virginian. Love travel, camping and home. Adore Art in all forms.

If a zombie mob was coming after you, you would want me there with you. I would be the tasty distraction to help you get away. Songs could be written about my slow pace.

Workshop is stuffed with tools. Mad with skills in all trades and forms. Currently trying to organize home environment into sense. Designer by trade but now I take care of an ailing parent 24/7.
Grandmother to five..

I am a good, adventurous cook but my dear husband is better -- No brag. I got to this poor physical point by cleaning my plate but now I am trying to do better. I am a happy, busy person but regular exercise bores me to tears .,, trying to change that too.

Trying this year to be a successful gardener. Note: I have a black thumb. However, it is obvious that a successful garden improves cookstyle, I fight slugs and raccoons -- I have nothing against them but they are winning.

    It’s cold outside, but Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.
