    It was a great day to walk here in Pa.! Only problem was that I parked in town and had myself convinced that I didn't remember where I parked. Fortunately, I was able to find it easy enough. I have no sense of direction and I've lost my car many times over the years!

    How are you doing on SP? Do you miss the weekly meetings? I see you are still losing weight which is a good sign! How do you put your weight tracker on your spark page? I think it would be motivating to me to post mine too!
