Hope you are still hanging in there! I started in 2009 went off for awhile and then started up again in 2010! You really have to go to the different communities and teams and use the trackers and information! I was recently diagnosed with Diabetes and it has helped me lose 15lbs in 3 months. Rest make sure you get plenty of rest so you can have lots n lots of fun
Drink drink plenty of fluids hopefully the healthy kinds and limit the other kind....to add to your fun And add exercise to your to your weekend.....exercising can be fun the key is moving. Why don't you swing those hips and try some for a fun way of exercise!!

Hey Ada, I know you're not doing as well as you would hope you would be by now, but don't give up and don't set goals too far out of reach.
