Thank you for the congrats and the supportive words!
As for my "setback", I actually plan them out and incorporate some "diet down time" into my life. Some people call them "cheat days", but I disagree with the negative connotation that goes along with that phrase. You're not doing anything wrong by giving yourself some leeway in your weight loss. In fact, I think it's quite the opposite -- we NEED to have a day or a week here and there where we can eat and do whatever we want without feeling like we're going off the rails and ruining our diet. I know exactly what I need to do now to get my body where I want it to be, so I can afford to lose a week in my weight loss goal date without it being detrimental. It's all good.
Anyway, hope you have an awesomesauce weekend and a great week coming up!
What's happenin'? Thanks for adding me! I hope you're able to find some amazing successes for yourself! Sparkpeople has been far more helpful for me than I had first anticipated; I hope it serves you just as well or better!
