Fitness Minutes: 2,629

My Goals:
I want to lose weight, look and feel better, be happier, lower my blood pressure, myfamily to be proud of me; and to really live life not just get through the days. Most importantly I want to be healthy.

My Program:
I write down in a notebook how many calories I eat and do not exceed 1300 cal. a day.I also eat less than 20 grams of saturated fat daily and 0 trans fat. I take no diet pills and no energy supplements. I try to get 25 grams of fiber a day half through diet and half with benefiber. I am trying to get more lean protein and more good fats in my diet and omega 3s and more whole grains. I take 1 fish oil ,1 B-complex, 1 D3, 1 Co-Q-10 tablets daily. I try to drink my water but usually fail. To keep motivated and not deprived I allow myself every Saturday as cheat day wich really helps me not to cheat the rest of the week; I eat whatever I want on cheat day but I do not binge and the more time goes by I find I eat less every cheat day. It also gives me a guilt free day to go to movies with kids or out to dinner with my husband. I work out 5 days a week for 1 hour cardio each day and 20 minutes strenghth training 2-3 days a week.

I'm married to a wonderful man,will celebrate 17 years April 10th ,I have 2 beautiful daughters 14 and 15, and 2 daschunds and my mom wich is a hectic household...Lol
