    Thanks for the article, every informative. I refuse to let lupus control my life and am better and healthier than when I first started losing weight. I found a guy on TV that made more sense than doctors and started following what he said. That is when I started getting better and I do know that I will get even better because God is the One Who I called out to and He lead me to this man. This man's name is Doug Kaufmann and he has a website called "Know the Cause". You should look into it and just listen to what he says and then decide if you want to follow what he say.

    emoticon to coming in 3rd in the SparkPeople/TurboKick.com Fitness Story Contest! I have Fibromyalgia also. There seem to be a lot of us who do. If you're not on a Fibro team (which I'm sure you are), join us on the Fibromyalgia Weight Loss Team! I'm the team leader, and we have had several new members join us in the last few weeks, and it has really become a great support site.

    Hi Welcome!! You will love this site! BUT!..The first thing you need to do is personalize your page a whole bunch, so it IS YOU....more photo's, fill out the profile thingies, set your goals, etc, so you have everything lined out. Use the food tracker - its wonderful! Go for it, girl! ......doesn't really look like you need to lose weight by the looks of your photo, but its so much more than a weight loss site.....healthy recipes, great strength training programs, great camaderie! Winter is the best time to line yourself out too, cuz us alaskans go nuts in the summer and stay WAY too distracted with daylight outdoor activities. If you have questions, give me a holler! What kind of "ponies" do you have?....I'm a pony girl too.... emoticon
