Introduction Text Hello, welcome to my profile :) I'm a 29 year old mother to 3 daughters, training for my first Marathon. I started using Spark in 2012, when I started my fitness journey. After pregnancy I was never was able to get my body back, I was tired, depressed and my confidence was lacking, I couldn't keep a job nor maintain friendships, I lost the person I was. I started running and haven't looked back. There have been a few bumps in the road, I've had to pick myself up and restart a few times, but my happiness, my energy and taking back control of my life is worth the struggle. I am committed to a healthy life, I am proud of everything I've accomplished thus far and am looking forward to what the future holds!! Never give up, keep pushing, if you fall get back up, prove to yourself that you are strong enough and you are worth it!!!

To be at a Healthy weight and maintain it. To finish my first 5k run by Spring of 2013

I jog/walk 4 times a week. I also enjoy Zumba and Pilates when I am not running. Dieting Includes Fresh Veggies, Chicken, Salmon and Turkey, with some Dairy. I am trying to stay away from all processed foods, however my weakness is dips with my vegatables!

I was born and raised in Windsor, ON. For the past 4 years I have been residing and raising my family in Calgary AB. Most Recently I have moved my Family to Ontario, to be closer to family!

I have three children who keep me busy, I love colouring and painting with them as well as swimming! I also have a fur baby who I love snuggling with! I enjoying baking, especially cupcakes! I am looking forward to finding some awesome healthy recipes to share with my family.
