TOTAL EXERCISE MINUTES : 1055 minutes (on 30th May)

May 1st Starting Weight: 56 Kg (Highest Weight on 2nd May : 56.5 Kg)
May 31st Ending Weight:

Observations/Inferences: (22nd May)
1)Light/Moderate Cardio = No weight loss / loss is at SUCH SLOW RATE that a person gets bugged
2)Intense / Very Intense cardio with a good sweat for a couple of days = Sure shot weight loss
3)Heavy Dinners (esp in restaurants) = An indispensable weight gain the next day
4)No nutritional supplements for a couple of days(Aloevera + Aamla juice + Garlic tincture + Multivitamin tab )= Aggravated hair loss + feeling of weakness
5)Strenuous work-out in the morning = higher hunger levels throughout the day = improved metabolism for the particular day
6)Good sweaty Workout + being within calorie range everyday = weight loss upto a kg within 4-5 days
7) Good sweaty workout + exceeding calorie range everyday + binges now & then = NO WEIGHT LOSS of a Kg in 4-5 days/ Loss of a Kg after ages / No weight loss AT ALL (even upto a MONTH!)

My Goals:
My Goal is to reach that dream-weight of 47 Kg (104 lbs)...I believe I will be able to wear anything under the sun when I hit this target weight and look much more attractive than what Iam!

My Program:
I'm currently following a 100 Days Weight Loss Plan to help me reach my goal weight, which includes a disciplined caloric intake everyday and a religious routine of exercise. I keep a Diet Diary, wherein I feed my feelings, emotions and thoughts, plus my food intake and calories and also the various activities that performed in the day and the calories burnt. "Obsession" with this diet thingy is the new "MANTRA" for me.... ;)

So my exams are finally over!! :))))
I know 20 minutes sounds a lot less than what we would ordinarily do, but I always did it with my regular workout back when I was in my weight loss spree. So that was 30 DS+jump rope or 30 DS+Running. Which is the reason why I always managed to lose a major chunk of my weight during my summer and winter breaks.
Holidays=MAJOR sweating out :P Ha ha.

As for illegal downloads, I do it all the time :) Its a total pain to order workout videos from India. None of the Indian sites offer it and even if you manage to find a site that doesn't have any qualms about shipping it to India, there are numerous formalities involved.
You know, I was just remembering how even I used to use exams as an excuse to eat like crazy when I was a kid. My parents were always wary about my overeating but I always got a free reign during exams. Trust me, I gained close to 10 kgs in 10th alone (scary, huh?)

I couldn't help smiling at the 'African tushy shaking' thing. That is exactly how I imagined it to be!! Lol. I kept on reading about 'zumba' on here but I never paid much attention to it because even though I love dancing, I got a feeling that it'll have complicated moves! I saw the ad and it looks pretty amazing. I'd love to give it a try.
DO send links of direct downloads!! :D
Right now, I'm still on level 3 of 30 DS. I missed a couple of days during exams, so I'll be starting P90X from 1st July. On the leftover chunk of June, I might go to the gym (I have a membership which dad had got me and its just lying there!!)

I had got stuck in an 'emotional eating' rut recently (cookie binges!! :P) but I'm on track once again. Plus summer offers so many great fruits to snack on!
And I heart mango shake. Delicious, healthy, rich in potassium, guilt free and delicious (thats twice I said delicious but it totally is!)

Apart from my weight loss goals, I have got a pile of books I have to read during my summer break, I'm enrolling for french classes (that'll be SO much fun) and I might take up a minor training in a technical course. :)

I'm glad that you've taken up to strength training. Its is an amazing sight when the muscle definition becomes apparent. I know some people say that it looks un-feminine but it can look sexy as hell when you have the right muscle tone.
About the hunger part- yeah, it happens. You can spread your calories during the day and make sure that you have good, filling snack after your workout. I usually eat a PB sandwich or egg whites after a workout and lately I have been working out right before my dinner so that I can eat something asap because my stomach starts grumbling like crazy!!
By rule of thumb, people say that you should stick to a light carb rich snack before workout and a protein rich snack after workout.

Wow, I have more or less written a novel here! Lol.

And emoticon with your weight loss. Amazing progress!!!!! And I'm sure that you'll be unstoppable this month too!

    Take care xx
