I want to be the best I can be. I want to lose weight and improve my health and fitness! I want to eat more healtlhy and have a healthy glow! Overall I want to make each day count and be brighter, happier and with more confidence. I want to feel good about myself. I want to be more in control of my life, respect myself and have the respect of others.

I wrote this back in 2010 and at that time and the months and years that followed I felt the happiest and healthiest I have ever felt. Its now 2018 and although spark has been with me on and off over the last couple of years - its time to return to the spark, lets do this!

2018 Goals

Give up smoking
To have a baby
Exercise (Gym & Yoga & Swimming)
Eat Better
More Sleep
More relaxing (reading, walking, spa)
Less Drinking
To feel more confident
To feel on top of things at work
To feel on top of things at home
More quality time with partner
To build upon my career


My Program:
*I want to feel and look healthier/better in myself

-I will do this by Loosing weight (less than 1, 500 cals per day), Eating healthier (meeting tracker targets) and making sure I stick to my exercise plan which is to workout at least 3 times a week

2018 Programme

Join quit net for smoking. Log foods. Join gym and set exercise goals. Find good yoga DVD for at home. Better planned weekends with more walks and relaxation and less drinking. Break down tasks for at home and work to get on top of things.




Personal Information:
I am 36. I can be shy but very chatty once you get to know me. I try to be positive as much as possible, I am genuine, self motivated, generally happy and giggley. I like to help others. I can be sensitive, reflective and deep.

2018. I am still the same as above (not sure when I updated that bit). I can be less positive. I plan to track each day my aims, todays positives and things I am grateful for. I find this used to really help me.


Other Information:
I love walking especially in the countryside or by the sea, lake or in the woods. Living in a city I need to arrange more opportunities to get away and enjoy this. I also love reading - there is nothing better than snuggling up with a good book. I like exploring new places and I like learning new things. I enjoy watching films and I like to go out now and then but I am finding I like it less and less then I used to when I was younger. I love animals!
