I was pretty big when I was born. My mom said even the doctors remarked on what a 'huge' baby I was. I am pretty sure I have always been big. I don't really think I was overweight when I was really young, but I wasn't skinny either for sure.

I started gaining weight after 8th grade and it just kept piling on till one year after college when I weighed at 220lbs. I then joined Sparkpeople and lost 70lbs. I was very good about everything but then I broke up with my bf of 3 years, started grad school and life became busy. Such an idiotic excuse, as I now realize. I want to start fresh, good thing I don't even remember my old SP username. So, here I am. The past is forgotten, I have learned my lesson from it but the future is what I look forward to.

I will continue on the journey I once started. I WILL get the bikini bod. I WILL finish NROLFW and C25K(again). Umm, enough of pep talky stuff, time for real goals now!

Wow, you've read them ALL!?!?! You deserve some kind of award! LOL I feel sad that I have to put a disclaimer on them too but I have found if I don't, I can't properly vent without getting these syrupy, rainbow hose up the bum answers of people trying to be helpful but only ticks me off and makes me want to throw my laptop. *Or* I feel like I should warn people if there's gonna be language because for some reason I draw a lot of Christians (go figure! LOL) and I want to warn people if I'm gonna be a potty mouth. Hee hee. I appreciate that you think I shouldn't have to disclaim, I don't think I should either but I guess I do it out of common courtesy. (?) Congrats on your progress! Those pics are amazing! The incredible shrinking woman!

Hello adorable Sparkie friend! Thanks So much for stopping by my's so much fun to share what I'm learning about how our awesome bodies work...wowsa we take them SO much for granted. You being a young whipper snapper will be so far ahead of the crowd for learning about all this important information instead of finally getting it together at my somewhat (humph...clears throat) antiquated age..but at least I'm doing it ...even if some may call me a SLOW learner...hee..hee! Have a terrific Thursday and keep it healthy and happy! Hugs! emoticon emoticon

Thanks for the comment on my blog. You're right -I love working out and would never quit that or eating "somewhat" clean. It's when the scale isn't moving I get frustrated, and I thought maybe I should let that number on the scale stay at 144 and not worry about that 130 range. emoticon

Thanks for commenting on my blog. It helps keep me motivated when people stop by and say hi! Yeah, I think I'll have to try Greek yogurt as a substitute for sour cream, but I doubt I'll have it again, by itself, for breakfast.

Thanks again! Have a great rest of the week!
