Hi, Thanks for stopping by! A few things about me are: I am 27, single, no kids, work fulltime and go to school. I have struggled with my weight my entire life and I am in the battle to loose all the weight I can. I hope to find some support on and encourgment on here.

Fitness Minutes: 205

My Goals:
My goal over all is to loose 128lbs.

* Walk one hour 5 times a week.
* Rebound 30 mins everyday.
* Drink 1 glass of water an hour.
* Set up a support team with family and friends.
* Eventually cut out all sweets.
* Limit eating out, choosing better foods.
* Stop eating for emotional support.

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.

Stop buying all sweets, and staying away from the coffee shop as much as possible.

Watch the clock so that I can drink a glass of water during every hour. Drinking water with meals.

Telling family and friends not to offer me sweets and things I can't have.

Making everyone awhere that have changed me eating habbits to a healthier choice and that I no longer eat sweets and fired foods.

Setting aside time in my day to do nothing but go walking or rebound. Make it a habbit to make sure I check it off as a daily item.

    I had a hard couple of days with the calories, etc, too. I thought I was eating great and blew the amounts allowed for me. Just take one day at a time, log EVERYTHING regardless of what it is! Everytime you put something in your mouth, log it. If you're not by a computer, write it down. I was able to gain some control over what I was eating. Fruits, veggies, water - those are your best friends AND they DO fill you up :) You can do this! Please let me know how you're doing! :) emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
