I'm a mom to 3 grown kids, I'm a nurse, a musician and a gardener. While I love to eat, I don't love to exercise, which lands me here. As a nurse, I know how important the whole equation of food and exercise is to overall health, I just haven't been good about doing it. But starting now, that changes!

I'd like to be able to fit comfortably into the clothes I already own, and I'd like to be able to shop for smaller ones!

 To help achieve my goals, I"m tracking my food, trying to incorporate exercise, and telling my friends about my goals to help with accountability.
